Our wedding package caters for all the important things you’ll need to have the perfect wedding day:
- Exclusive use of the lodge for the night before and night of the wedding
- Meals, game drives and accommodation for Bridal Couple and 16 guests
- Seating for 24 Guests for the wedding and reception
- Choice from a selection of seasonal menus for the reception
- Use of Lodge Equipment (Tables, chairs, crockery, tablecloths etc.)
- Standard Wedding Cake to be created by our Executive Chef
- A choice of locations for both the ceremony and reception
We’ll also offer you the specialist services of our wedding co-ordinator:
- Communication with Bridal couple to discuss their requirements
- Supplying of ideas and suggestions where necessary
- Working to the couples specifications if they have ideas on what they are wanting
- Meeting with suppliers to brief them on their requirements and obtain quotes
- Supplying Bridal couple with quotes for perusal and confirmation
- Confirming with suppliers and paying required deposits
- Final confirmations with suppliers as well as arranging timing plans for the wedding day
- On the day attendance to ensure that the venue is set up exactly to Bridal couples requirements and that time schedules are adhered to as far as possible
- Return to the venue the following day to pack up and return hired goods to suppliers
- Obtaining deposits back from suppliers and returning them to couple if necessary
Not included in the package and the for the bridal couple's account:
- Photographer/Videographer
- DJ
- Décor
- Equipment (should you prefer to use anything other than or additional to what the lodge supplies)
- Flowers
- Cake (should you wish to bring your own)
- Hair and make-up
- Minister
