Guests love coming to Nambiti Hills Private Game Lodge to experience the abundance of
wildlife that we are fortunate enough to have on our doorstep.
While our animals are one of Africa’s greatest assets, the unfortunate reality is that the
wildlife is at constant risk from the escalating pressure of wildlife crime and poaching.
In order to protect our precious animals, the Nambiti Big 5 Game Reserve charges a Rhino
Levy, which goes towards ensuring these under-threat animals are given the best chance of
survival.
A cause close to our hearts, we are now proud to announce that Nambiti Hills Private Game
Lodge is supporting the Tourism Conservation Fund by offering Guests the opportunity to
support wildlife conservation while drinking Rhino Gin at the lodge.
Crafted from a unique blend of Renosterveld fynbos (rhinoceros grass), the plant mirrors the plight of its namesake, the Rhino, which is under siege as a result of poaching driven by international criminal syndicates. Proceeds raised from the sale of Rhino Gin go to conservation initiatives which address the causes and consequences of wildlife crime in South Africa.
So whether you’re lounging by the pool, enjoying a sundowner on our Game Drives, or simply after a refreshing pre- or post-dinner cocktail, make it a Rhino Gin.
